摘要
在全球化视野下,过多“全球通”的城市规划设计理念造成了城市在发展过程中越发丧失了自我的个性,“千城一面”的现象已经严重破坏了中国城市的原有特色,并限制了城市间良性发展的协调性与互补性。研究如何保护和重塑中国城市特色,解决全球化对中国城市特色的冲击,强化城市特色对于城市现代化的良性影响作用,是目前我国地方政府在城市规划中的一项重要课题。实现城市“个性化发展”的目标不仅需要城市规划部门在规划过程中做到“对症下药”,更为迫切地是需要解决当前我国地方政府在城市规划过程中的种种“短视行为”。
Under the globalization vision, the city planning design idea of too much ＂ the whole world passed＂ has caused the city to lose the selfindividuality; the phenomenon of ＂one side of a thousand cities＂ has already destroyed the character, and has limited the harmony and complementarity of the interurban seriously. Study how to protect and reinvent Chinese urban characteristic; Solve the impact of globalization characteristic to the city of China ; Strengthening the benign influence function on city＇ s modernization of the urban characteristic, is an important subject in the urban planning of our local government at present. Realize the goal of ＂ individualized development＂ of the city not merely needs urban planning department to accomplish ＂suiting the remedy to the case＂, need to solve all sorts of ＂nearsightedness behaviors＂ in the course of urban planning of our local government urgently,
