摘要
“非市场经济”问题已成为中国贸易及经济发展的障碍之一。欧盟“非市场经济”形成主要是各国集团利益的影响和对抗的结果。欧盟“非市场经济”条敖对中国造成了一定的影响，中国可通过促进中欧外交友好关系、争取更为广泛的同盟军、提高欧盟对华反倾销的关联成本、建立起符合国际标准的财会制度体系、诉诸WTO争端解决机构等方式应对欧盟非市场经济问题。
The problem of ＂non-market economy＂ has already become one of the important obstacles to China＇s foreign trade and economic development. Deep-seated reasons of EU＇s ＂non-market economy＂ are the influence and stalemate for supremacy between countries or country groups. EU＇s ＂non-market economy＂ has influenced negatively Chinese foreign trade, the settlements can be to promote China-EU friendship trying for more allies and increasing the relating cost of EU＇s anti-dumping to China, set up finance and accounting system according to international standards, resort to WTO Dispute Settlement Body, etc.
