SXFA-SAW传感器的稳定性研究

摘要 以SXFA聚合物为敏感膜材料制成能够检测有机磷化合物的声表面波传感器。研究结果表明该传感器具有噪音小、对沙林检测灵敏度高、重现性强等性能;通过气体流速实验和统计学假设检验分析证实流速在0.5~1.5L/min的范围内对传感器响应频移不产生影响,说明该传感器具有较好的稳定性。 A dual delay - line surface acoustic wave (SAW) sensor has been used to study the fluomaleoholpolysiloxane (SXFA) coating for the detection of organophosphorus compounds. This sensor has advantages of low noise, high sensitiveness and strong repetition while detecting Satin. Further more, the frequency responses for the coated SAW sensor are not affected by differences in flow rate( 0. 5 - 1.5 L/min) through the flow - rate experiment and hypothesis testing.
