随着国内宏观经济的持续发展和市场条件的成熟,外商直接投资加快了独资化的趋势。采集苏州和宁波两地相关数据,分析比较了其相关财务指标,说明了外商直接投资的独资化成因。
With the sustaining development of our country＇ s macro economy and the maturity of the marker condition, the foreign direct investment （FDI） accelerates the trend of the exclusive foreign-owned investments. By collecting the relevant data from Suzhou and Ningbo, this paper makes the analysis and comparison of the relevant financial targets of the two cities, and expounds the geneses of the exclusive foreign-owned investments in FDI.
