摘要
社会主义的本质是实现全体社会成员共同富裕,这要求我们必须把公正原则置于社会主义制度第一美德的优先地位。对“效率优先”原则进行了伦理价值分析,指出我们绝不能脱离社会公正来片面追求效率,社会主义和谐社会的建立必须突出强调公正原则,提出了解决社会贫富差距拉大问题的主要措施。
The essence of the socialism is to make all society members rich commonly, which requires us must put the principle of the fair play onto the prior place of the first virtue of the socialist system. This paper makes the analysis on the ethical value of the ＂efficiency priority＂ principle, points out that we can＇t cut ourselves off from the social fairness to put undue emphasis on the efficiency, and the establishment of the harmonious society must lay stress on the principle of the fair play, and puts forward some main measures for closing the gap between the poor and the rich.
