摘要
分析了目前我国期刊信息资源开发与利用中存在的问题,提出了网络环境下图书馆加强期刊信息资源开发与利用的措施,包括加强期刊生产者、管理者与利用者之间的联系,建立合理的期刊资源馆藏结构,强化读者的信息素养,将期刊管理的重心放在期刊的开发利用上等。
This paper discusses on the problems existing currently in the development and utilization of the periodical information resources of our country, and puts forwarded some measures for developing and utilizing the periodical information resources under the network environment, which include strengthening the connection among the producers, managers and users of the periodicals, establishing the rational holding structure of the periodicals, improving the information literacy of the readers, and putting the emphasis of the management of the periodicals on the development and utilization of the periodicals.
