摘要
阐述了创新教育的内涵,分析了知识经济时代创新教育在人才素质培养中的重要作用,指出图书馆可以通过开设文献检索课、搞好藏书建设、提高馆员的自身素质等途径发挥其创新教育的职能。
This paper expounds the connotation of the innovative education, analyzes on the important function of the innovative education in the cultivation of talents＇ quality in the knowledge-based economy times, and points out that the library can give full play to its function of the innovative education through some paths of offering the literature retrieval course, doing well the holdings construction, and improving the quality of the librarians, etc.
