摘要
目的观察清开灵注射液在救治感染性多器官功能障碍综合征(MODS)的临床疗效。方法将本院ICU收治的感染性MODS63例随机分为治疗组及对照组,两组均予西医常规疗法,治疗组加用清开灵注射液;测定并比较两组间APACHEⅢ评分、功能障碍器官数、病死率。结果治疗后第4日、第7日两组间A-PACHEⅢ评分及功能障碍器官数均有差异,第7日两组间病死率有统计学意义。结论清开灵注射液是治疗感染性MODS的有效药物。
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of Qingkailing Injection(QI,清 开 灵 注 射 液 ) for MODS due to infection.Methods:63 Patients in ICU ward were randomly divided into two groups.Those in the treatment group(32 case) was treated with QI based on conventional WM therapy.Those in the controlled group(31 case) was treated with conventional WM therapy alone.APACHEⅢ ,the number of dysfunctional organ and the mortality were measured and compared between two groups within 7 days.Results:The scores of APACHEⅢ and the number of dysfunctional organ showed statistical significance between two groups after treating 4 and 7 days.The mortality between two groups on the 7th day showed statistical significance. Conclusions:QI is an effective drug on MODS due to infection.
