摘要
研究了苯胺水溶液的乳化液膜(煤油-磷酸三丁脂-Span80-HCl溶液)处理过程,对溶剂和表面活性剂的选择及用量、搅拌速度、乳水比(Rew)、油内比(Roi)、外相pH值及处理时间的影响进行一系列的研究.结果表明,质量浓度为480 mg/L的苯胺水溶液经该法处理后,苯胺去除率可达96%以上.
The extraction of aniline from aqueous solution was performed by emulsion liquid membrane (kerosene-tribytyl phosphate(TBP)-Span-80-HCl aqueous solution) process. The selection of parameters including dissolvant and surfactant, stirring speed, Roi, Rew, and pH of the external phase was also studied. The results showed that aqueous solution of aniline(concentration of aniline is 480 mg/L) was treated by emulsion liquid membrane, the removal rate of aniline was over 96 %.
