高速列车半主动减振器活塞速度的测量 被引量:1

Velocity Measurement of High-speed Train Semi-active Damper Piston

摘要 基于天棚原理的高速列车半主动减振器中,为实现对实际安装减振器阻尼系数的计算和调整,需方便、准确地测量活塞运动速度。提出一种减振器活塞速度测量的新方法———气压测量法,它通过检测减振器蓄油箱的压力变化,并将其进行换算获得减振器活塞速度。该方法简单、方便、有效,能适应高速列车运行时对横向减振力控制逻辑的要求。对气压法的原理及工程中需要注意的问题进行了阐述。 In the semi active damper of high--speed train, piston's velocity should be measured conveniency and accurately for succeeding in calculoting and adjusting the damp parameter. A new way that was used to measure piston velocity was put forward by air--pressure. In this way, the cost of semi active method will be cut and the damper was easy to be maintain. The tests prove the feasibility.
