摘要 采用溶胶一凝胶方法和旋涂技术,用正硅酸乙酯的乙醇溶液,经过水解、缩聚和干燥,最后在NdFeB磁粉表面形成了有机硅树脂薄膜(厚度用旋转的速度控制).用SEM,TG和DTA技术对包覆有机硅树脂的磁粉表面形貌和组成及防氧化特性进行了研究,对其包覆磁粉的磁性能进行了测试. This paper describes a new method of corrosion resistance of Nd-Fe-B sintered magnet powder coated with silicone by means of sol-gel process and spin coating technique. Ethanol solution of tetraethoxysiliane (TEOS) was chemically converted to silicone coating over the surface of magnet powder by pyrolysis and polycondensation and drying of its hydrolyzed products. The coating thickness was controlled by the spin speed. The morphology and the composition, and behavior of corrosion resistance of Nd-Fe-B sintered magnet power coated with silicone have been investigated by means of SEM, TG and DTA technologies. Magnetical characterization of the magnet powder coated with silicone was measured herein.
