摘要
目的；探讨颅内肿瘤患儿的术后护理，及时发现、处理存在的护理问题，以提高护理质量。方法；对2003年5月～2005年5月颅内肿瘤患儿的病历资料进行分析总结。结果：颅内肿瘤患儿术后主要的护理要点有：气管插臂的管理、误吸、气道不畅、高热、继发性颅内出血、肺部感染、尿崩症等的观察与护理。结论：准确及时观察病情变化，做好预见性护理。可减少和防止护理并发症的发生。
Objective ：Probe into the main point of nursing for children patients with cranial tumour, found out nursing problems ,so as to improve the quality of nursing . Method： Summarized and analysied the patient＇s datas during May 2003 to May 2005. Result ： The nursing main point after operation for patients were ：do well the management of tracheo tube ,the mistake absorb ,airway obstruction , high fever , succedent cranial hemorrhage , lung infection and urine collapses were observed . Conclusion： To observe the changes of disease in time and do well predicability nursing could reduce and prevent the occur of nursing complications.
