摘要
目的观察益气活血利水法治疗慢性肺源性心脏病(简称肺心病)急性发作期的疗效。方法将70例肺心病患者随机分为治疗组(36例)和对照组(34例)。治疗组在西医治疗(抗感染、平喘、化痰、吸氧)的基础上加用益气活血利水中药加减治疗,对照组单纯运用西药治疗。结果治疗组总有效率为91.7%,对照组总有效率为67.6%,两组比较,差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。治疗后治疗组肺活量、1秒钟用力呼气量、氧分压、二氧化碳分压的改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论西药加用益气活血利水法治疗肺心病急性发作期比单纯用西药治疗疗效显著提高,两者有协同作用。
Objective To observe the curative effect of the therapy of replenishing qi, activating blood and promoting urination on chronic cor pulmonale of acute seizure phase. Method To divide randomly 70 cases of chronic cor pulmonale into the treatment group （n=36） and the control group （n=34）. The treatment group was treated with Chinese herbal drugs with the effects of replenishing qi, activating blood and promoting urination besides the basic treatment of western medicine （anti-infection, anti-asthma, apophlegmatic and oxygen inhalation）. The control group was treated with western medicine only. Result The total effective rate of the treatment group was 91.7 % and that of the control group was 67.6%. The comparison of two groups had significant difference （P〈0.01）. After the treatment the treatment group was better than the control group （P〈0.05） in the improvement of vital capacity （VC）, forced expiratory volume at first second （FEV,）, PO2 and PCO2. Conclusion Western medicine combining with Chinese herbal drugs with the effects of replenishing qi, activating blood and promoting urination had a better curative effect than western medicine only on chronic cor pulmonale of acute seizure phase.
