摘要
中国西部社会发展滞后虽是多方面因素共同作用的结果,但不容忽视的是,户口政策作为中国社会基本的制度安排,在构建区域或空间社会分层结构方面起到了重要作用。推进西部社会发展,构建和谐社会,不仅需要调整投资策略,改革户口政策也非常重要。
There are many factors leading to the backwardness of the development in West China, but what should not be neglected is the role of the system of household registration as a basic social institution arrangement in China. Undoubtedly, the system has been playing an important role in constructing spatial social hierarchy. To improve social development in the West and construct a harmomous society, it is necessary to adjust investment strategies and modify the system of household registration.
