摘要
报告了在压阻式加速度传感器上实现了自检功能,并成功地解决了三维加速度传感器系统内自检的机电耦合和结构中的交叉耦合等问题.文中论述了此种传感器的设计思想、工作原理和技术关键,最终的研究成果已用于实际工程。
It is reported that auto-detection function has been realized in piezoresistance type acceleration transducer and has succeeded in solving the problems of mechanic-eletronic couple and cross couple in structure of auto -detection in three dimentional acceleration transducer system. The design idea, work principle and technical specifications of this transducer have been demonstrated in the article, and its final research fruit has been usd in actual engineering.
