摘要
论述了单位长同轴电容传感器的构造和原理，阐述测量同轴电缆、普通中低压电力缆线的单位长同轴电容的意义和同轴电容传感器的使用问题。
After discussing the significance of measuring coaxial capacitance,the principle and composition of a sensor for the coaxial capacitance on unitary length of cable are elaborated. Some details that should be noticed are also explained in this paper.
