摘要
园区经济作为特殊的区域经济系统,其运行机制是否健全,直接关系到园区经济运行效益和可持续发展。本文从实现园区经济系统功能的要求出发,研究了园区经济运行的主要机制,即:基础设施建设机制、要素配置机制、企业繁育机制。
The park-district economy is a special regional economy. Its operational mechanism should be qualified and effective, and directly take effect on the economic results and the sustainable development. From the economic system＇s function, this paper discussed the primary respects of the mechanism： infrastructure, major factor＇s dictribution and enterprise＇s bread.
