摘要
探讨了中医对精少症的辨证论治规律,以指导临床治疗研究．提出了从肝肾论治精少症的论点,同时也要重视脾胃后天之本．辨证分型为三大证候,即精热证、精瘀证、精虚证,对此三大证侯,论述了其病因病机和主要临床表现,确立了治疗法则和方药．对精热证治以清热泻火,湿热者则清利湿热,虚热者则清热养阴;对精瘀证治以化瘀通精活络,寒滞肝脉者治以温经散寒,化瘀通精;对精虚证则治以补益法,偏阴虚者则补阴填精,偏阳虚者则补阳填精,对阴阳虚损寒热不明显者,则大补精气,对气血两虚者则治以补益气血以充先天之精．对精少症形成了理法方药统一的比较规范的辨证论治体系,对临床治疗具有一定的指导意义．
In this paper, We discussed the regulations of the treatment based on syndrome differentiation for oligospermia in traditional Chinese medicine and gave some opinions on curing the disease through regulating liver and kidney and valuing the importance of spleen and stomach. Oligospermia is divided into hot, stagnant and deficiency sperm. We discussed the cause and clinical symptoms of this disease. At last we established treatment principles and prescriptions. Hot sperm should clear heat and purge fire. Damp - heat patients should remove damp - heat, patients of fever of deficiency type should clear heat and nourish yin. Stagnant sperm is cured with removing blood stasis, restoring sperm and activating collaterals. Cold accumulation in liver meridian should warm meridian to dispel cold, remove blood stasis and restore sperm. Deficient sperm should adopt tonifying therapy. Yin deficiency should invigorate yin and replenish essence. Yang deficiency should invigorate yang and replenish essence. Comsuptive disease of yin and yang but no obvious cold and heat, should invigorate essence qi. Deficiency of both qi and blood should invigorate qi and blood to replenish congenital essence. So a set of systems for treatment based on syndrome differentiation for oligospermia is established.
