摘要
目的:探讨CCL4小鼠肝损伤模型的稳定性.方法:采用一次性的腹腔注射不同剂量的CCL4花生油,在注射后所致肝损伤.不同时间检测小鼠血清中谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)和肝组织中的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)的含量.结果:以10mL/kg的剂量按体重腹腔注射CCL4花生油(0.12%)13h后,检测的指标值离散度较小;血清中ALT、AST及肝组织的MDA含量有所升高,而肝组织的SOD降低.结论:以10mL/kg的剂量按体重腹腔注射CCL4(0.12%)在13h后检测的模型组较稳定.
Aim: The article is to detect the model stability of injured liver because of CCL4. Method: injecting different dosage of earthnut oil mixed with CCL4 through celiac and leading to liver injured, the content of MDA and SOD of liver tissue and AST and ALT of blood serum in mice was measured in different time. Result: the index value disperses less by dosage of 10mL/kg and weight and injecting earthnut oil mixed with CCL4 (0.12%) through celiac after 13h, others disperse much larger. The content of MDA of liver tissue and AST and ALT of blood serum increase slightly, while the content of SOD of liver tissue decreased. Conclusin: the model is comparatively stable by dosage of 10mL/kg and weight and injecting earthnut oil mixed with CCL4 (0.12%)through celiac after 13h.
