摘要
利用高效液相色谱法建立了青海道地药材秦艽的色谱指纹图谱.色谱条件:Kromasil C18柱(250mm×4.6mm5μm),甲醇:0.04%磷酸水梯度洗脱,流速为1 mL/min,检测波长222nm.通过比较发现秦艽样品的13个主要共有峰,可作为鉴别秦艽药材的主要依据.对12批秦艽药材进行了相似度计算和聚类分析,结果表明,所建立的秦艽指纹图谱可用于秦艽药材的真伪鉴别和质量评价.
The chromatographic fingerprint of Gentiana straminea Maxim from Qinghai genuine traditional Chinese drugs was established by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Kromasil C18 [250mm × 4.6mm 5μm] column was used, the CH3OH- 0.04% H3PO4 (gradient elution) as a mobile phase and the flow speed of 1.00 mL/min. The wavelength of measurement was 222nm. According to the comparative study of chromatographic fingerprints, we found 13 communal peaks, which can be applied to identify Gentiana stmminea Maxim. Using special software, we got the chromatographic fingerprint similarity of 12 samples, hierarchical cluster were applied to interpretation of chromatographic fingerprints. The chromatographic fingerprint of Gentiana straminea Maxim has been established. It can be used to identify and evaluate the quality of Gentiana straminea Maxim.
