摘要
我国中部六省存在公共设施建设协调程度低、经济结构趋同、区内行政分割严重、内部联系松散、流域环境生态破坏严重等问题。要实现中部地区经济板块早日崛起,必须重视区域合作的制度建设,促进经济结构区域整合,制定区域发展的总体规划,建立和完善区域交通、通讯网络和公共信息平台,营造良好的区域协调发展环境。
At present ,there are some serious problems in the middle part of China：public facility construction coordination degree being low,the economic structure being the same; the area being divided seriously;the internal relations being loose; the environmental ecology being destroyed and so on. To realize the quick development in the middle area,we must value the system construction of the regional cooperation,promote the conformity of the economic structure, formulate the overall plan of the regional development, establish and perfect the regional transportation and communication network and public information platform, and build a good coordinated development.
