中国在什么条件下才可以开放资本账户?如何定量综合评价开放资本账户条件的成熟程度?资本账户开放后,如何防范金融风险?本文在分析中国开放资本账户的必要条件后,提出选择资本账户开放时机的决策控制模型,以及资本账户开放后,防范金融风险的对策模型。
What conditions under which it is possible for China to open its capital account？ How to quantificationally evaluate the mature degree of conditions for opening capital account？ How to prevent financial risks after opening capital account？ After analyzing the requirements of opening China＇s capital account, this thesis supply a decision-making model of choosing timing to open capital account and a game model for preventing financial risks after opening capital account.
