液液水力旋流器压力场分布测试研究 被引量:1

摘要 设计了压力场测试的实验工艺结构,利用高精度动态压力测量装置,测试出不同操作参数下液液水力旋流器大锥段、小锥段及尾管段的不同径向位置的压力场分布情况。对测得的压力场分布结果进行了分析,得出了旋流器内径向与轴向压力场的分布规律,验证了压力场分布规律的可靠性。同时对所采用测试方法进行分析。 The process of test technology for pressure field was designed.By means of dynamic pressure units with high precision,the distributions of pressure fields in the different axial positions including big and small taper segments and tail sleeve were analyzed under the different operation parameters.In accordance to the result of practical test of pressure distribution,the reliability of theoretical distribution rules was verified;the distribution regulation of radical and axial pressure field inside the hydrocyclone were gained.In the same time,the test method was analyzed.
