摘要 介绍了PA66 J7/AC卷绕头自动切换控制系统的工作原理,控制系统采集了卷绕头的一个内部信号作为对应卷绕头的切换计时器的启动信号,对系统的PLC重新编程,进行单锭控制。控制系统由原来的开环控制变为闭环控制。PA66改进后的控制系统运行稳定,操作简单,减少了压缩空气的浪费,避免了小筒子的切换,满筒率由原来的75%提高到89%。 The working principle of J7/AC automatic transfer control system was introduced. An internal signal of a winding head was collected as a starting signal of the corresponding transfer timer by the control system, The PLC of the system was redesigned, such as single spindle control, closed-loop control transformed from open-loop control. The innovated control system with the advantages of steady running situation and simple operation reduced the waste of compressed air and avoided the transfer of winding bobbin. The full bobbin percentage was raised from 75% to 89%.
