摘要
高职教育就是就业教育;就业导向是其具体体现。对此,要解决就业导向中的适应性问题,即针对性与适应性关系,亦即就业竞争力与人力发展后劲关系问题,必须着力于解决两大关键性问题:实行“订单培养”是有效途径;全面准确地把握就业能力是根本基础,同时要倾力构建“技术应用学科”课程体系。
Polytechnic education is the employment - oriented education; employment - oriented is its detailed concept expansion. Therefore to solve the adaptability issue of employment - oriented education, i.e., the relationship between the pertinence and adaptability, in another word, the relationship between the employment competitiveness and the HR development stamina, we must focus on two key issues: canying out the actual mute of training from order; and enhancing the ability of employment. In the meantime, we should spare no efforts in constructing the "technical applicable subject" into our curriculum system.
