摘要 已经发现,在人类和大鼠中都存在2种5α-还原酶的同工酶。5α-还原酶2型缺乏,会导致男性假两性畸形和其他相关的临床表现。本综述包含以下内容:①5α-还原酶的研究历程;②5-α还原酶的生物化学特性和生理作用;③5α-还原酶的基因结构,基因突变与5α-还原酶缺陷症;④类固醇5α-还原酶抑制剂及其作用机制。通过对此酶的研究,加深对雄激素作用机制和性分化过程的认识,为临床治疗某些与雄激素作用失调相关的疾病开拓新领域。今后还需要对还原酶抑制剂的作用机制进行细致研究,其疗效和不良反应还有待长期观察。 Two types of steroid 5α-reductase isozymes were found in human and mrs. 5α-reductase type 2 deficiency in male lead to male pseudohermaphroditism and other related phenotypes. The content of this review includes: ① The progress in the fields of 5α-reductase research;②Biochemical characteristics and physiological effects of 5α-reductase.③ C, ene structure and mutation in αreductase genes, clinical and chemical features of 5α-reductase type 2 deficiency syndrome. ④Inhibitory agents of 5α-reductase and their mechanism and clinical use. The investigation in 5α-reductase help to illuminate physiological effect and sexual differentiation of androgen. The development of new inhibitory agents for 5α-reductase treats new strategy for diseases caused by imbalance of androgen action. Their mechanism and long erects ot clinical use need further investigation and observation.
