摘要
针对医院后勤工作管理面临的问题,借用材料科学中"裂痕论"的基本观点,阐述了"管理裂痕论"的形成及基本思想内容。我们认为:后勤管理活动中"裂痕"产生的主要原因:一是组织运行失衡;二是管理失误;三是缺乏沟通。消除管理裂痕的方法尚待进一步研究。
In view of the problems the administration of hospital services faces,the basic viewpoint of the 'fracture theory' in the science of materials is borrowed,expounding the formation and basic ideas of 'fracture control theory'.In the authors' view,the main reason for the appearance of the ' fracture'brorght about in the administration of hospital operation is the disequilibrium of organizational operation;the other is mismanagiment;and finally the lack of information exchange is responsible.The way to eliminate the administration fracture remains to be studied further.
