摘要
针对医院医疗废弃物处理中存在的管理体系不健全、医务人员认识不足、废弃物分类不严格、基本卫生设施不能满足需要等问题,采取建立有效的组织管理体系,健全规章制度和岗位职责;加大培训教育的力度;严格废弃物的分类和收集要求;加大基础设施投入,建立医疗废弃物中转站;强化监督管理等相应对策,使医院废弃物处理逐步走向规范化、制度化的管理。
This article analyzed the problems in medical trash disposal, such as the imperfect management system, knowledge insufficiency among medical staff,lack of strict classification of medical trash ,deficiency of basic cleaning facilities, According to the problems ,some countermeasures were proposed to facilitate the standardized and systematic management of medical trash disposal,including establishing effective system of organization and management, perfecting regulations,duties and responsibilities, strengthening the training and education, establishing strict classification and collection regulations of medical trash ,increasing the investment of basic facilities, setting up transfer station of medical trash, enhancing the supervision and management, and so on.
