摘要 Ghrelin是1999年被发现的第一个生长激素释放激素受体的内源性配体,由28个氨基酸组成,有N端辛酰基化和去辛酰基化两种存在形式。Ghrelin与受体结合后,刺激生长激素分泌,促进摄食行为,引起能量正平衡而导致肥胖,其受体拮抗剂可以明显抑制摄食行为,达到减肥效果。运动对ghrelin也有影响,但不同实验,研究结果不一致。 The issue of obesity has concerned and puzzled the medical scientists for a long time. The research on obesity including its emergence and treatment has long been hot topic in medical science. Nowadays, many researches on obesity focus on its molecular biological mechanism at home and abroad, This paper makes review on the relation between ghrelin and obesity and effects of exercise on ghrelin in order to provide the reference for obesity research.
