摘要
阐释了有关高校办学特色的基本理论问题,对如何以科学发展观为指导,实现高校办学特色的重要理论问题进行了论述。
The author of this paper tries to elaborate on the basic theoretic issues regarding how to create special characteristics in managing institutions of higher learning and how to reach the goal with the guidance of a scientific developing viewpoint.
