摘要
实施西部大开发战略不仅仅是一个区域性的发展战略,而且是21世纪整个国家发展的战略。而西部地区装备制造业的发展则对整个战略有着举足轻重的作用,对我国西部装备制造业发展战略进行评价将有助于西部企业认清优势与劣势,积极发展,为西部以及国家经济发展作出更大的贡献。
It is not merely a regional strategy to develop the west strategy, but rather the whole national economy in the 21st century. It proves signifieart to the overall strategy. The appraising of the this strategy may enable the enterprises involved to learn their advantages as well as disadvantages so as to achieve further development.
