摘要
研究了氢化处理对Mg-L i-Zn-Y-Zr-RE合金显微组织和力学性能的影响规律,结果表明:铸态Mg-8.16L i-4.10Zn-2.86Y-0.59Zr-2.14RE合金主要由L i、Zn和RE在Mg中的固溶体和Mg-L i-Zn-RE块状化合物共同组成。氢化处理可以明显提高铸态Mg-L i-Zn-Y-Zr-RE合金的力学性能。氢化过程中,氢会与Mg-L i-Zn-Y-Zr-RE合金中稀土反应生成黑色小颗粒状化合物。另外,选用480℃×48 h可以彻底氢化透试样(F12 mm),取得较好的氢化效果。
Effects of the Hydrogenating treatment on microstructure and mechanical property of Mg - Li - Zn - Y - Zr - RE alloy were studied. The results indicate that Mg - 8, 16Li -4.10Zn - 2.86Y - 0.59Zr - 2.14RE alloy is composed of the solid solution of Li,Zn and RE in Mg and the compound of Mg - Li - Zn - RE. The hydrogenating treatment can enhance the mechanical properties of Mg - Li - Zn - Y - Zr - RE alloys in evidence. And during the progress of hydrogenating treatment, the hydrogen responded with RE in the Mg - Li - Zn - Y - Zr - RE and produced the black and little compounds. Besides, the optimum effect was obtained by treated 48 h in 480℃.
