摘要
绿色制造的研究与应用正在全球兴起,信息化作为实现绿色制造的重要手段得到了政府、企业的广泛认同。本文以冶金生产为背景,探讨了以降低能源、降低成本为目标的信息化系统三层结构和实现方式,实现管理与控制一体化系统的主要功能,阐述了系统应用效果。
The research and application of the green manufacture is emerging in the whole world, the government and enterprises widely approve that the information is the important method as the realization green manufacture. Taken the metallurgical processes as the background, the three layer construction and the implemental way of the information system whose object is energy conservation and cost reduction is discussed, the major function of the integrated management and control information system is implemented, the system application effect is elaborated.
