摘要
以邯郸市为例,采用属性层次分析模型(AHM)对城市节水水平进行了综合评价。该模型简单,容易掌握,尤其是对多因素、多层次的复杂问题评判效果较好;从层次总排序和权重分析结果可知,工业节水效率、农业节水效率、水资源量、社会经济在邯郸市的节水水平中起着举足轻重的作用。利用模糊数学中的多因子二级评判法得到该市的节水水平为0.416 3,属中等水平,因而需进一步加强节水的研究与建设工作。该研究为城市节水水平的综合评价提供了一种新的方法和途径,具有一定的理论意义和实用价值。
Analytic Hierarchy Model (AHM) was used to assess the urban water saving level of Handan City. The AHM is a simple mathematic model, with easy operation. Especially it can get a good assessment result for the multifactor and multi-hierarchy complicated problems. From the total arrangement of hierarchy and weight, it is found that the water saving efficiency of industry and agriculture, the water resource quantity and the social economy play a main role in the water saving of Handan City. By making use of multifactor secondary assessment in fuzzy mathematics, the value of urban water saving level of Handan City is 0.416 3, showing that the study and construction on water saving need to be further enhanced. The study provides a new method and technique for the comprehensive assessment of urban water saving level, which has some theoretical and practical value.
