摘要
随着我国改革开放的不断深入．以QFII制度运行经验的积累和QDII制度开闸在即为代表．我国资本市场对外开放已达到了全新的高度和水平。该文从股票市场和债券市场两个方面阐述了目前资本市场开放的构成、特征及成因．提出在资本市场对外开放进程中应处理好的几个关系．
After entry into the WTO, along with the introduction of QFII and the regulation for insurance companies＇ overseas securities tnvestment, as weft as the forthcoming launching of QDII, the opening-up of the capital market has ardved at a new level. After expounding the status qua, characteristics and shaping causes of the domestic capital market＇s opening-up from the perspectives of the securities market and bond market, this paper makes recommendations that severat important relationships should be attended to in the process of opening up the domestic capital market.
