摘要
为实现贸易平衡，中国政府有关部门已开始采用扩大内需、降低储蓄率、市场开放、汇率浮动以及扩大进口等组合政策措施来改善贸易收支平衡，其中，中国人民币汇率形成机制改革后，人民币汇率有了较大的灵活性，我国在积极培育和发展外汇市场，完善外汇市场体系，逐步增加市场避险工具，放宽外汇管制等方面作了相当大的努力并取得了重要进程。
To improve the balance of payments ,various dapartemnts of the Chinese Govemment have already started to apply a mix of policy measures,including expanding domestic demand.lowering down saving rate,opning up the market .foating the exchange rate and increasing import After thd RMB exchange rate regime reform.the RMB exchange rate has become more flexible.Chinese Govemment had made a great offort to deveiop the FX market.improve FX market system.gradual introduce risk managementinstruments,and relax foreign exchange controis.
