摘要 目的天然活性物质金雀异黄素的合成及工艺优化。方法以间苯三酚、对羟基苯醋酸为主要原料,经两步反应制得金雀异黄素;并采用均匀设计方法,分别考察了两步合成工艺。结果通过熔点测定1、H-NMR确证了金雀异黄素结构;通过均匀设计找到了最佳合成工艺,总收率由20.3%提高到48%。结论该合成方法具有反应条件温和、成本低、适合工业化生产等优点。 OBJECTIVE To synthesize natural compound - genistein and to optimize technical conditions.METHODS Phloroglucinol and p-hydroxy phenyl acetic acid were used as the major reactants to synthesize the target compound by a two-step method. Two synthetic tech- niques were studied by uniform design. RESULTS The structures of genistein were confirmed by melting point and ^1H-NMR spectrum. The optimum synthetic conditions were decided.The total yield of two step reaction was increased from 20.3% to 48%. CONCLUSION It is a mild, simple and cost effective method.
