摘要 目的研究白木通藤茎的化学成分。方法通过反复硅胶柱色谱、ODS柱色谱和重结晶的方法分离纯化,根据化合物的理化性质和波谱数据鉴定结构。结果分离得到5个化合物,分别为2α,3,β23,29-tetrahydroxyolean-12-en-28-oic acid(Ⅰ),齐墩果酸-3-O--βD-吡喃葡萄糖-(1→3)--αL-吡喃阿拉伯糖苷(Ⅱ),齐墩果酸-3-O--βD-吡喃葡萄糖-(1→2)-α-L-吡喃阿拉伯糖苷(Ⅲ),3-O--βD-glucopyranosyl-(1→2)--α-Larabino pyranosyl-30-norolean-12-en-28-oic acid(Ⅳ),3-O--βD-葡萄糖-(1→3)--αL-阿拉伯糖-常春藤皂苷(Ⅴ)。结论5个化合物均为首次从本植物中分离得到。 OBJECTIVE To study the chemical constituents of the stem of Akebia trifoliata (Thunb.) Koidz. var. australis(Diels) Rehd. METHODS The compounds were isolated and purified by recrystallization and column chromatography with silica gel and ODS.Their structures were elucidated on the basis of physicochemical properties and spectral analysis. RESULTS Five compounds were identified as 2α, 3β, 23,29-tetrahydroxyolean- 12-en-28-oic acid( Ⅰ ), oleanolic acid-3- O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-( 1→3 )-α-L- arabinopyranoside ( Ⅱ ), oleanolic acid-3- O-β-D- glucopyranosyl- ( 1→2)-α-L- arabinopyranoside ( Ⅲ ), 3- O-β-D-glucopyranosyl- ( 1 →2)-α-L-arabinopyranosyl-30-norolean-12-en-28-oic acid(Ⅳ ), hederagen-3-O-fl-D-glucopyranosyl-(1 →3)-α-L-arabinopyranoside( Ⅴ ).CONCLUSION These compounds are isolated from Akebia trifoliata(Thunb. ) Koidz. vat. australis(Diels) Rehd for the first time.
