摘要
目的：讨论治疗前列腺增生的有效方法。方法：采用经尿道前列腺汽化电切术治疗BPH患者112例。结果：手术顺利，视野清楚，出血量少，疗效满意．未出现严重并发症。结论：经尿道前列腺汽化电切术是治疗BPH的安全性高、易掌握、并发症少及疗效确切的手术方法。
purpose：To investigate the method and therapeutic effiency of BPH by using transurethral electrovaporization ablation.Method： 112 cases of patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia were treated by using transurethral electrovaporization ablation and the clinical data were analyzed.Result：All patients were operated smoothly.The endoscopic view was clear and with little bleeding. The follow up revealed satisfactory outcome and no serious Side effects observed.Conclusion： Transurethral electrovaporization ablation of the prostate is the treatment of choice for patients with BPH.This operation style is safe,easy to master,having low occurrence of complications,and having excellent outcome.
