摘要
运用问卷调查法对我国普通高校网球教练进行了分析与研究,结果显示:多数教练员事业心强,年龄结构合理,职称较高,训练指导思想正确,重视科研,专业继续教育情况良好;但队伍年轻,实践经历和执教经验还不够丰富,学历还须进一步提高,科研功利性较强,方向和深度还须明确和加强,高校本系统内的专业培训较少,提高专业实践技能的迫切性较强烈。
Using research method, the author finds that： Most coaches member business heart is strong, the age structure is reasonable, the title is higher, training to guide the thought right, value the research, the profession continues to educate in good shape; But the troops is young, practice experience and teach the experience return not enough abundant, educational background still heard further exaltation, the research utility is stronger, direction and depth return beard explicit and strengthen, high school originally system inside of professional training less, raise profession practice the urgency of the technical ability compare severely.
