摘要
介绍了当今聚丙烯酰胺生产的两种代表性工艺；研究了单体纯度、单体浓度、助剂用量及其它条件对聚合物分子质量的影响；分析讨论了适用于中小企业实际生产高分子质量聚丙烯酰胺的工艺条件．
Two typical processes of current polyacryilamide production are introduced.The effect of the purity and the concentration of monomer and quantity of additive on weight of the polymer was studied.The processing condition to produce high-weighted polyacrylami de in medium or small enterprise was discussed.
