摘要
公开对峙型劫持人质案件由于危害大、影响恶劣,其处置结果备受人们的关注。在处置这类案件中应遵循安全第一原则、全面评估原则、统一指挥原则、慎用武力原则。针对不同的案件应采用相应的处置方法和战术。
Cases of open hostage-taking can easily become the social focus. There are four principles in the disposition of such cases： the principle of safety first, the principle of comprehensive assessment, the principle of unitive command, and the principle of cautious use of weapons. Corresponding strategies have to be applied to different cases.
