摘要
科学发展观视域中的技术是社会活动主体力量的一种表现,是人类社会实践的组成部分,是推动社会发展的主要原动力。人类应把技术的发展与社会的进步和人的发展结合起来,减少、避免技术异化所产生的负价值。科学发展观中的技术价值观是：人类应充分利用技术为所有生物物种服务,维护整个社会的和谐发展。
Technology is thought as one of demondstrations of essential force of the subject of social activities in the scope of the view of scientific development. On one hand, science-technology has been motivity to impel human society to develop forwards from the beginning; meanwhile, technology has negative functions to the environment and human beings. The value of technology liesin serveing all living beings and keeping whole society balance and developing.
