摘要
以连续加热测氢方式研究了低合金高强钢焊缝金属及焊接热影响区金属中的氢陷阱以及残余氢的逸出行为。结果表明:焊缝金属中的残余氢存在于空洞、夹杂物边界等强陷阱和位错、晶粒边界等弱陷阱中;而焊接热影响区金属中的残余氢则主要存在于位错、晶粒边界等弱陷阱中。弱陷阱中氢的释放温度较低,它对焊接接头性能的影响值得重视。
A new continuously heating method for hydrogen content determination was developed. The result of investigation on release process of residual hydrogen in HSLA steel metal and haz metal with this method indicated that residual hydrogen in weld metal exists in 'strong'' traps (cavities and inclusions) and 'weak' traps (dislocations and grain boundaries), while residual hydrogen of HAZ metal exists mainly in 'weak' traps. The release temperature of hydrogen in 'weak' traps is lower. Attention should be paid to its effect on properties of welded joint.
