摘要
为改善套管与灌注水泥之间的附着力,提高固井质量,需要研制粘附性能好、价格低廉的套管粘砂剂。通过室内合成和筛选,在模拟固井条件下研制了一种ER型套管粘砂剂。该粘砂剂由双酚A环氧树脂(基料)、自制的高分子有机胺NSZ(固化剂)、100目普通细砂(填料)以及正丁醇与二甲苯的复配物(稀释剂)配制而成。考察了粘砂套管剪切强度的影响因素。当粘砂剂涂层厚度为0.02mm时,经常温固化48h和75℃水浴中养护48h,剪切强度可达6.00MPa以上,所选填料的价格仅为CaCO3或Al2O3等的10%。
Adhesion agent with good cohesive strength and low cost is needed to improve the cohesivness of casing and cement for insuring the quality of well cementation.A new sand adhesion agent of ER type is made of bisphenol A epoxide resin, firming agent(organo-amine made by ourselves),filler (100-mesh sand) and diluent (mixture of nbutanol and dimethyl benzene).Factors affecting the shearing strength of cemented casing are investigated. Its strength is more than 6. 0 MPa while coating of the ER being 0.02 mm thick and after solidification of 48 h at normal temperature and after maintenance of 48 h in water bath at 75℃. The filler's price is 10% of cost of CaCO3 or Al2O3.
