摘要
以尿素、三聚氰胺和甲醛为壁材,E-51环氧树脂为囊芯制备了环氧树脂微胶囊.用TEM、SEM和Zeta激光粒度测定仪观察分析微胶囊的粒径分布,讨论了反应条件对微胶囊粒径分布的影响.通过实验,提出制备该环氧树脂微胶囊的最佳反应条件为:尿素、三聚氰胺和甲醛的物质的量之比n(尿素)∶n(三聚氰胺)∶n(甲醛)=2∶1∶4,NH4C l为酸性催化剂,在pH=2.5,65℃和搅拌速率为600 r/m in的体系中反应4 h.
Microeapsules were prepared by the method of in sotu condensation polymerization with urea, melamine and formaldehyde as the outer membrane and epoxy resin as core material. The dispersibility of microcapsules was observed and analyzed using TEM, SEM and Zeta size analyzer. The optimized parameters for microcapsule production were discussed and presented as: n(urea) : n(melamine) : n(formaldehyde) = 2:1 : 4, ammonium chloride as acid catalyst, under the condition of pH = 2.5, 65℃ and 600 r/min, respectively for 4 h.
