摘要
本文分析和讨论了空气变形纱的结构特征以及变形工艺对空气变形纱结构和性能的影响。实验结果表明:空气变形纱结构可以用表面和纱芯两部分结构来表征;超喂率、空气压力、给水及加工速度与空气变形纱结构的形成有密切的关系,并最终影响空气变形纱的性能。
In this article,the authors have analysed the structural characteristics
of air textured yarn(ATY)and discussed the effect of changes of process
parameter on ATY's structure and properties. The test results show that
the structure of ATY can be characterized by two structural parts, i. e. the
yarn core and yarn surface. The overfeed ratio, air pressure. water and
processing velocity influence ATY's structure and eventually its properties.
