摘要
张謇继承了中华民族爱国主义的光荣传统,把爱国思想溶入个人文化心理深处,形成了以“父教育、母实业”为核心理念,“实业救国”、“教育救国”为主要内容的爱国主义精神。张謇兴办近代民营企业,坚持以市场为导向,强调企业家作用,主张和奉行开放,重视企业管理方法创新,突出企业的社会责任;张謇坚持“实业与教育迭相为用”,首倡“师范为教育之母”,注重职业教育,创新学校管理模式。其爱国精神与创新实践,有着现实的借鉴意义。
Carrying forward the glorious traditional Chinese patriotism and melting his patriotic sentiments with his personal cultural psychology, Zhang jian formed his own patriotic spirit with ＂education first, industrial development second＂ as the guidance and ＂saving the nation with industry and education＂ as the main content. He initiated modern private enterprises and insisted on the guiding role of the market. He stressed entrepreneurs＇ role, and paid special attention to the innovation of enterprises＇ management. He believed in the interaction between industry and education, and emphasized vocational education. He strived to innovate the management of schools. His patriotic spirit and innovative practice provide the people in our times with a lot of beneficial reference.
