摘要
目的了解清远市妇女常见病、多发病患病率，制定干预措施。方法对2001。2005年我院妇科病乳腺病普查资料16460人进行回顾性分析。结果普查发现患各种妇女病4724人，患病率28．70％，妇科疾病中前3住是宫颈糜烂、阴道炎、子宫肌瘤。患乳腺疾病2412人，患病率为14．65％，乳腺疾病中以乳腺增生为主，其次是乳腺纤维瘤。结论应广泛宣传妇女常见病、多发病的防治知识及乳腺自检方法，及时诊治，以降低妇科病和乳腺病发生率。
Objective To find our the incidence of gynecologic and frequently encountered disease of women in Qingyuan distric. Methods Retrospectively analysis about screening results of women diseases and mastosis 16460 women in our hospital in 2001 - 2005. Result 4724 women were discovered with a variety of gynecopathy, the incidence was 28.70%. The first 3 gynecopathy were cervicitis,vaginitis and myoma of uterus. 2412 were discovered with mastosis, the incidence was 14.65 %. The main disease was hyperplasis of mammary glands, the secondary disease was fibroma. Conclusion Women hygiene education should be enhanced. Know lcdgl of gynecopathy prevention and thrcatment, as well as self- examination of mastosis, will be extensively spreaded to reduce patients with reproductive canal infect.
