摘要
采用三种不同的顺序,用固相法制备La2O3-NiO催化剂,通过XRD和TEM手段对其热稳定性、结构以及表面形貌进行分析。研究了催化剂不同的制备顺序、反应光照时间以及催化剂用量对光催化降解甲基橙的影响,并对镧镍复合物间的协同机理进行了初步的探讨。实验结果表明,虽然同是固相法制备,但采用不同步骤顺序所制备的催化剂催化效果大不相同。用机械混合方法制备而成的La2O3-NiO催化剂催化效果最好;先分开碾磨、后在一起焙烧制备而成的La2O3-NiO催化剂催化效果其次;而一开始就把各种反应物放在一起碾磨而后焙烧制成的La2O3-NiO催化剂催化效果最差,原因可由复合氧化物之间的协同机理进行解释。
La-Ni mixed oxides were prepared by solid phase method using different procedures. Thermal stability, structure and surface topology of the catalysts were characterized by means of XRD and TEM. Influences of preparation procedures, illumination time and catalyst loadings on photocatalytic decomposition of methyl orange were investigated. The results showed that procedures for preparation of the catalysts had remarkable influence on their catalytic properties. The La2O5-NiO catalysts prepared by mechanical mixing exhibited the best catalytic properties.
